These audits explain where our clients are in their sustainable journey while providing recommendations on how to take their sustainability practices to the next level of success.

By engaging with local stakeholders and conducting product inventories and assessments, we design unique visitor experiences and product assets. We identify practical and implementable short and long-term steps to grow and reach our clients’ sustainable tourism goals. From developing new activities to ensuring tourism dollars are benefitting local residents, our comprehensive reports outline an action plan for success.

We conduct on-the-ground assessments and engage with local stakeholders to understand a destination’s unique needs and challenges. We explore creative solutions and thoughtfully implement ideas that connect the dots between stakeholder interests and destination planning. The result is a flourishing sustainable tourism destination that balances the need for maximizing tourism’s economic benefits with responsible tourism and visitor management strategies.

We conduct interactive in-person and virtual education/training sessions on sustainable tourism best practices, providing examples of sustainable tourism in action for hotels, destinations, and other tourism organizations in the hospitality and travel industry.

We also work in tandem with our clients to create ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) and other reports that reflect their sustainability accomplishments and impact to date.
